Shipping policy
At SISTINE ATELIER, we aim to deliver your jewelry with care and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policies below for important information on order processing, shipment timelines, and tracking.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Once you place an order, our warehouse typically requires 48 hours to process and prepare your items for shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this timeframe does not apply to pre-orders, which will ship according to the estimated delivery dates specified at the time of purchase.
If you have requested certification for your item, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for processing. Certification is available as an option at checkout. For items under $1000, certification incurs an additional fee of $20. Certification is complimentary for orders valued at $1000 or above.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package's journey to your designated shipping address. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method and will be provided at checkout. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and additional taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. SISTINE ATELIER is not responsible for these additional charges or for delays caused by customs processing.

SISTINE ATELIER is not responsible for delays due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to, inclement weather, shipping carrier delays, or customs holds for international orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SISTINE ATELIER is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to avoid loss or theft.
